- 1999 - establishment of MS-CHEMICALS in Szczecin with a view to implementing the modern methods of chemical water treatment in Polish market. Commercial representation of the company Environmental Speciality Chemicals Ltd from England.
- Conducting the marketing and sales of product to treat the industrial waters.
- December 2000- change of the name from MS-CHEMICALS into GLOBAL CONCEPTS 2000 POLSKA Sp. z o.o. and membership in ESC family.
